Princeton Review: A "Best 366 College" for 2008!

The Princeton Review praises Centenary for an "academic experience... nothing if not personal," with "small class sizes [that] allow for learning to assume the form of a dialogue between teacher and student."

Newsweek: Centenary One of 25 Hottest Schools in US

In its College Guide '08, Newsweek/MSNBC ranks Centenary as one of the Hottest 25 Schools in America, calling us the "Hottest Liberal Arts School You've Never Heard Of." They go on to say that we are a
rare combination of academic innovation, with students creating their own majors, and big-time sports (except football). The college also has a solid reputation in various professions, from performing arts to geology.
Newsweek's ranking places us in fine company along with schools like Princeton, Harvard and 22 other great colleges across the nation.
Our local newspaper, the Shreveport Times , thinks that Centenary's recognition is good for our entire community.
Hot On National TV!
NBC's Today Show also covered the story, choosing Centenary as one of several 'hot' schools to talk about on air. You can watch their video coverage in one of two ways:
MSN Video — they'll show you a commercial first, so it'll take you a few moments to get to the actual Today Show segment.
Availability of MSN's video stream may be subject to demand, so it's possible that you may need to try this page more than once to watch the clip. Occasionally, it declares that the video is inaccessible; reloading the same page usually result in a successful view.
Watch the video directly from our website — only available to current Centenary faculty, staff, and students.
