Enrollment Deposit

The first step to beginning your journey at Centenary is to pay your enrollment deposit! This confirms your spot in our incoming class and allows you to begin your new student checklist. May 1 is our preferred enrollment deposit deadline.

New Student Checklist

To complete your enrollment as a new Centenary student, please submit all the information below:

1. Place your $250 Enrollment Deposit to secure your spot!
2. Submit the Immunization Form.
3. Submit the New Student Verification Form.
4. Submit the Family Information Form.
5. Submit the Academic Questionnaire.
6. Submit the Housing & Travel Form. You will need to submit even if you are not living on campus. (This will go live for Spring 2026 at a later date.)
7. For first-year students and transfer students who wish to placed on a waitlist for Centenary in Paris, apply for or renew your passport for Centenary in Paris! If you already have your passport, log in to your status portal to upload a photo of your passport in the Materials section. 
8. Accept your financial aid package by signing and returning your Award Letter to finaid@centenary.edu or accept electronically through Bannerweb. (Instructions sent with Award Letter packet.)
9. Have all final, official transcripts sent to Centenary (by mail or electronically). *Please note that all final, official transcripts must be issued directly to Centenary College of Louisiana.
