Guidelines and Deadlines
Proposals from faculty or students are due by the corresponding deadlines below. Late or retroactive proposals are not guaranteed to be accepted for Committee review.
Faculty work with relevant Trek Directors to embed requirements into individual courses and submit the Trek Course Proposal Form to the Trek Committee. All new courses must be approved by the department chair and APC before delivery. The Office of the Provost determines Centenary in Paris and “Module” courses to be offered each cycle based on recommendations from the Trek Committee.
Students proposing independent Trek projects or programs work with their academic advisor and the relevant Trek Director(s) to submit the Trek Independent Project Proposal Form. All independent projects must be approved by the Trek Committee before being undertaken.
