Professional Development Courses and Certifications for Willis Knighton Employees
Centenary College and Willis Knighton Health are proud to partner to offer online professional development courses and certificates. These programs are designed to provide the knowledge and skills to level-up in your current role or to acquire new professional level positions.
Our programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective web-based learning programs. Instructors and mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.

Willis Knighton Health strongly encourages and supports employees who wish to continue their education to enhance knowledge and skills, and/or to secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers.
All Tuition/Certification Reimbursement submissions are submitted through WK SHAREPOINT within 30 days of semester/course completion.
To submit for certification reimbursement, click on the button below which will take you to the Willis Knighton Tuition Reimbursement Program SharePoint page. Please follow the submission guidelines carefully as failure to follow the instructions will result in a delay in the processing of your reimbursement or loss of reimbursement.

Certifications are paid in full, up to $1,500 per calendar year. When it asks for your grade, simply put in “A” if you passed. Books will be reimbursed up to $100. Scan and attach the completion certificate and receipt of payment. Include a receipt for the book purchase.
Once you submit you will receive notification that the application was submitted and can view it as pending. When it is processed by accounting that will show up and your check will be sent via U.S. Post Office.
