Business Office Clearance

The final step in the registration process is Business Office Clearance. Business Office Clearance is the payment of fees/charges along with completing and signing the “Business Office Agreement” form. All students must complete a “Business Office Agreement” form.

Students who have a zero balance or credit balance because their charges are covered by financial aid, fee waiver, or other credits are still required to complete the “Business Office Agreement” form.

Failure to complete the Business Office Clearance process will result in a $200 to $550 late fee. Enrollment has not been completed until the student has completed “Business Office Agreement” with the Business Office.

Fall 2025 Financial Clearance Deadline:  Wednesday, July 23, 2025
