- Consider your academic advising strategy. Are you a transactional advisor or a mentoring advisor? Faculty advisors can build rapport with students by advising students on academic and career pathways as well as intervening with struggling students.
- Strengthen the learning experience. Are students learning and finding academic success in your courses? As an educator, you have an opportunity to impact students’ success and ultimately their career path.
