If you are not participating in the commencement ceremony or will receive your diploma after the ceremony date (e.g., if you are taking a May class), please complete the Diploma Delivery Request Form to indicate the preferred mode of delivery for your diploma. It is important to understand that a replacement diploma will not necessarily have the exact same signatures as the original due to personnel changes and the diploma will indicate that it is a duplicate diploma.
