Rev Carroll, a UMC pastor at Shady Grove UMC in Mansfield, LA, was invited to attend the 2023 UN Climate Change conference in Dubai. Rev. Carroll's talk will focus on environmental awareness and environmental justice, especially in disenfranchised communities of color.
