Centenary introduces the Yoncopin Society
The recently established Yoncopin Society recognizes more than 950 Centenary alumni, parents, friends, and community members who demonstrate loyalty to the College by renewing their gifts each year. Development staffer and Yoncopin Society member David Henington ’82 is among the many loyal donors committed to making annual gifts to the College. “As a donor, alumnus, and staff member, I seek to continue the spirit of philanthropy that has sustained Centenary College for generations with my annual gift.”
Becoming a member is easy. Those who give any amount, to any area of the College, for two or more consecutive fiscal years are welcomed as members of the Yoncopin Society. There are currently 131 donors who have been giving to Centenary for 15 or more consecutive years. The consistent support provided through these annual contributions enhances the College’s fiscal health. The Yoncopin Society recognizes these donors, in particular, for this ongoing support and their role in shaping the future of Centenary. As the College approaches its bicentennial, we are ever thankful for our Yoncopin Society members, who demonstrate a deep connection and strong commitment to the College mission.
