Centenary Counseling Services provides short-term, confidential counseling to all students enrolled at Centenary. Some common issues brought to therapeutic sessions include:

  • Stress Management
  • Depression
  • Relationship troubles
  • Anxiety
  • Loneliness
  • Homesickness
  • Athletic-related stressors (including injuries)

 

Group Counseling

Group counseling is an extremely effective way to help students who share a common background or common concern. The types of groups available are based on the needs and requests of current students.

 

Alcohol & Drug Abuse Assistance

Individual counseling for alcohol and drug use, 12-step information and referral, and counseling for adult children of alcoholics.
