What are the parking options?

There will be 50 parking spaces in the new parking lot. Additional parking will be available in Lot 7 and on Woodlawn Ave.

Are the buildings ADA – accessible ?

The first floor of each building will be fully accessible to students who use wheelchairs or have mobility differences. As a result, Centenary will more than triple its stock of fully ADA-accessible housing. If a student living on an upper floor has a short-term disability they will be assigned alternative housing until they have recovered.

What is the pet policy?

Only approved service or emotional support animals are allowed in the village.

What are some of the features of the apartments in the village?

Each floor will have its own washer and dryer, full-sized appliances in the kitchen, and a small additional refrigerator in each bedroom.

What is the room layout?

Each floor is organized as a self-contained six-bedroom house with five single bedrooms, one double bedroom, three bathrooms, a private patio or balcony, and a large shared living space. View the floorplans.

Will students still have access to DPS?

DPS will still respond to safety and security issues in the village.

How will maintenance requests be handled?

Maintenance requests can still be submitted through the online portal.

How can students select to live here?

Rooms will be assigned through the Room Preference Night selection process.  Room Preference night is March 27.

Do I need a meal plan?

Village residents are required to have a meal plan, and may choose the commuter meal plan or any of the four residential meal plans.

Can I use housing scholarships or waivers?

Yes, housing scholarships and waivers can be applied to students living in the village.

Are the rooms furnished?

Each resident will be provided an extra-long single bed, dresser storage, a desk and their own closet. Each room will also have a small refrigerator. The living and dining areas will be furnished with a dining table and chair set, soft seating area, and TV.
